Our short ribs are an incredibly premium thick cut with two per pack making them an incredible option for date night. Cut from the ribeye, these cuts are tender and flavorful. They are the perfect size for braising and cooking in your favorite barbecue creation, combining with an italian rose sauce, or simply baking with your favorite dry rub. 

These ribs come 2/pack. Each rib weighs over one pound for a combined pack weight of approximately 2.5 lbs.

To keep shipping affordable and predictable for you and for us, we use a flat rate UPS Ground shipping method. Depending on your zone, all orders ship from $18-46 for the continental United States and $99 to Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, we utilize monthly deliveries to Jacksonville, IL and weekly deliveries to Camp Point, Barry, & Quincy, IL. This option should appear at checkout if you are in these zip code areas.
