I love to use flank steaks in flank tacos, fajitas, soups, stews, stir fry, or even an oven roasted Texas BBQ beef style.

To keep shipping affordable and predictable for you and for us, we use a flat rate UPS Ground shipping method. Depending on your zone, all orders ship from $18-46 for the continental United States and $99 to Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, we utilize monthly deliveries to Jacksonville, IL and weekly deliveries to Camp Point, Barry, & Quincy, IL. This option should appear at checkout if you are in these zip code areas.
