These beautiful pieces of meat are a full inch thick and boasting the flavor of the Filet Mignon and New York Strip held together by a nutritious bone. Boasting over 16 ounces per steak, these steaks are not for the weak! 

Each pack contains two steaks, making a total of two pounds of premium steak.

To keep shipping affordable and predictable for you and for us, we use a flat rate UPS Ground shipping method. Depending on your zone, all orders ship from $18-46 for the continental United States and $99 to Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, we utilize monthly deliveries to Jacksonville, IL and weekly deliveries to Camp Point, Barry, & Quincy, IL. This option should appear at checkout if you are in these zip code areas.
